BALLAGHMOON, a parish, in the barony of KILKEA and MOONE, county of KILDARE, and province of LEINSTER, 3 miles (S. w. by S.) from Castledermot ; containing 311 inhabitants.
This parish is situated on the confines of the county of Carlow, and comprises 2042 statute acres, as applotted under the tithe act.
