    1901 Census of County Limerick, film reference : 64/1-32. No guarantee is given that the following are accurate, as names listed in the street indices as filled out by the area enumerator often differ from those found on the census detail sheets (Form A) as filled out by the Head of Household. There was a Church on Bedford Row and another on Henry Street. A 'Baths' (swimming pool) on Sarsfield street, a Biscuit Manufactory on Charlotte Quay, a Hide & Skin store on Michael's lane, a Laundry on Bedford Row, a Manufactory on on Sarsfield street. The National Theatre was on Charlotte Quay and there was a Veterinary Establishment on Sarsfield street. On the night of the census, there were four boats tied up on Arthur's Quay, details re Masters etc hAve. not been included in this index.
