SMITH : Erected by George, William & Alexander Smith / to the memory of their parents / William & Anne Smith / of Ballylinan / William Smith died April ?7th 1877 aged 74 years / Anne Smith died Dec 26th 1877 aged 69 years / Their son Henry / who died Dec 4th 1879 / is buried on the left side / Their children who died before them / are buried here / Margaret Smith died April 8th 1838 aged 6 years / Margaret Smith / died May 24th 1843 aged 2 years / James Ormsby Smith / died Feb 12th 1844 aged 8 months / Maryanne Smith / died April 29th 1848 aged 15 years/ The hour is coming in the ?? which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice. There are other stones in this graveyard which may possibly be read with some cleaning & others that will never be read – flat, worn. Some of the standing stones are too covered in the white lichen to read.

The surname Tunstead was on one of the stones.
